Places to Elope in Montana for Your Dream Wedding in Big Sky Country
The Spanish word for mountain is “montana” and that’s how this scenic state was named. Home to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, this natural and untamed state is the perfect backdrop for your special wedding elopement day.
If you like winter sports, there are 16 ski areas, but there are plenty of fascinating and relaxing activities available to suit any couple. For something completely different, watch the (in)famous pig races at Bear Creek Downs, or take a bike tour on the Beartooth Highway. Montana has it all.
Now let’s take a look at some specific elopement packages in Montana:
SW Montana Elopements - Rainbow Ranch Lodge
Rainbow Ranch Lodge SW Montana Elope Weddings - right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains on the banks of the Gallatin River. There is plenty to enjoy in this peaceful setting at any time of year, and with only 21 rooms, it’s an intimate getaway and private sanctuary.
The Elopement Package with officiant starts at $835. Additional nights can be added if you wish to stay longer than one night.
Let Rainbow Lodge event manager take care of everything while you are served truffles and sparkling wine. Then you’ll have a private ceremony under the arbor or by the river (in case of poor weather, in front of the roaring fireplace is also a romantic setting) with bouquet and boutonniere provided. Celebrate with wedding cake before indulging in a four-course meal for two at The Restaurant. Later, you will retire to your Pond-side Luxury Room, with rock fireplace, soaker tub and private deck.
Missoula, MT Elope Packages
Gibson Mansion B&B Elopement Packages in Missoula, MT - this restored Victorian mansion was originally built in 1903, and has four luxurious guest rooms, as well as a library, parlor and grand entry with fireplace. In the garden oasis outside, you’ll find flower gardens, bird sanctuary and a gazebo.
The “Just the Two of Us” elopement package is just $600 May through September, and $400 October through April.
Let the staff coordinate your special day with a ceremony in front of the stained glass windows on the grand staircase, in front of the fireplace or in the lovely gardens or gazebo outdoors. You get an hour of private use in the mansion and gardens to take photos and celebrate, as well as a champagne toast and wedding cake. Bridal bouquet and boutonniere are included. A small number of guests can be accommodated for an additional fee.
